Quinn Records TM is seeking a In-house Entertainment Manager to manage its artists touring and event activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing company artists outside events, inhouse events and othe special touring and entertainment events. In accordance with the policies the label's Partners and under the direction of the President and CEO. Ideal candidate will possess at least ten (10) years in event management.
Description
Managing performances, events, artists and
entertainers is the responsibility of the In-house Entertainment Manager.
This professional will work extensively throughout the world. The job provides
limitless opportunities to travel nationally or internationally. This is a
stressful and demanding job, but your project management and people skills
often assists you in managing sufficiently. This position requires the In-house Entertainment Manager to multi task effectively in a competitive, fast paced
environment!! In-house Entertainment Manager will be required to identify, select,
create, oversee,book and manage thirty-three (33) venues with seating capacities not to
exceed 3000 and not less than 500 seats on an ongoing and continue bases, with
the expected minimum gross revenue earnings goal of approximately $330,000 annually and develop an opened door communication
with company artists, vendors, local radio stations, records stores, press etc.
In-house Entertainment Manager will be working with parks, lodges, holiday venues, international organizations, company artistes, hotels, and other companies involved in the entertainment industry. The In-house Entertainment Manager will create and have a team of professionals to manage and delegate responsibilities to. They include costume designers, makeup artists, sound and lighting technician, performers and other professionals.
